Daniel Scholtens
Managing Director
Following his early career in property and asset management, Daniel has spent nearly two decades helping active owners of investment grade real estate to maximise their investment returns by leveraging tenant insights to make data driven decisions. In 2023 he established Future Forma to focus on enhancing accessibility, usability and cost effectiveness of tenant insights for owners and their management teams. This is being driven by digital transformation including the addition of an advanced analytical tool provided by data partner, Unseen, within the Future Forma offering. Daniel is a diehard and long-term fan and member of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. BCom (Hons), Grad Dip App Fin.
Debby McAlpine
Insights Lead
Debby is an Insights Lead at Future Forma, where she leverages her property experience to drive client onboarding, project management, support, and tenant engagement. Prior to joining Future Forma, Debby worked for a leading property investment and funds management group, as well as a global real estate services company, where one of her roles included managing tenant insights from the owner side. In her current role, she is dedicated to enhancing the quality and quantity of tenant insights data, ensuring that Future Forma continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients. Outside of her professional life, Debby is actively involved in volunteer work on Sydney's northern beaches, contributing to community services and charities. DipFM
Alison Cater
Insights Lead
Alison is an Insights Lead at Future Forma, a position she has held for more than a decade. She is responsible for client onboarding, project management, support and tenant engagement, with a focus on maximising the quality and quantity of tenant insights data. Alison is experienced in platform implementation, and has strong tenant engagement skills, ensuring they fully understand the benefits to them and to their organisations of providing their feedback to improve the overall tenant experience. Outside of her professional life, Alison is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring the remote parts of Australia in her small campervan. She finds peace and quiet in nature and has a passion for birdwatching. BA (Hons).
Gabrielle Ashby
Platform Lead
Gabrielle is Future Forma’s Platform Lead, having originally commenced as an Insights Lead a decade ago. She is highly experienced in platform research, testing, development and management, and demonstrates an enthusiasm for innovation and optimising the user experience. Gabrielle works closely with external consultants and clients to lead Future Forma’s digital transformation. Since 2024 she has focused on the integration, implementation and development of an advanced analytical tool into the Future Forma offering. Provided by our data partner, Unseen, the tool is slowly being released to clients to make our market intelligence more accessible, real time and cost effective. When not devoting her time to Future Forma, Gabrielle enjoys the Sunshine Coast lifestyle with her husband and two boys.
Annalisa Malacco
Insights Analyst
Annalisa has been our Insights Analyst since 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from her career in financial services and accounting. She expertly oversees the methodology and management of Future Forma’s Tenant Satisfaction Indices, portfolio analysis, and reporting. Since 2024, Annalisa has collaborated closely with our Platform Lead to integrate and develop Unseen's advanced analytical tool within the Future Forma platform. Her efforts have significantly enhanced how our clients can now access and visualise their data and benchmark comparisons. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Annalisa is a vital asset to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, travelling, and participating in trivia competitions.
