Daniel Scholtens

Managing Director

Business owner with a track record of helping property owners to continually improve their tenant customer experience. Daniel has 25+ years of property experience ranging from hands on property management to extracting and analysing tenant customer experience data. BCom (Econ) (Hons), Grad Dip App Fin.

Emily Funnell

Senior Project Manager

Emily has 15 years’ experience and is tasked with survey development, data management and report generation. She is also a support interviewer for major tenant customers. In 2019 Emily was invited to join the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property. BA (Hons).

Gabrielle Ashby

Senior Project Manager & Qualtrics Lead

Gabrielle is responsible for the management and development of our survey software capabilities. Her role also encompasses survey development, data management, report generation and she is a support interviewer for major tenant customers.

Alison Cater

With more than a decade of service, Alison has a proven record for effective client project co-ordination, including survey development, report generation and respondent liaison, and is a support interviewer for major tenant customers. BA (Hons).

Annalisa Malacco

Senior Analyst

Annalisa has a wealth of experience in financial services and accounting with a focus on reporting. She is responsible for our data management, analysis and portfolio reporting. BEc (Acc), CPA.
